PINK ADDICTION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. What we collect
We collect account and profile details, authentication records, preferences, purchases, token activity, unlocks, support messages, and security events.
When you use Fiction Agent or interactive features, we process the prompts, source material, generated text, private story versions, character settings, conversations, and related context needed to provide the experience.
We store your content-mode preference and 18+ declaration in essential cookies. We do not collect an identity document through the Mature popup.
We also receive technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, cookies, request logs, page activity, and approximate region derived from network information.
2. Why we use it
We use data to provide and personalize the service, maintain private libraries and conversation continuity, calculate token use, deliver purchases, support users, prevent abuse, enforce content boundaries, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations.
We use narrow automated checks for sexual content involving anyone under 18, explicit sexualization of real people, coercion or nonconsensual sexual activity, and extreme sexualized violence. Critical incidents create structured safety records and account notices, and repeated incidents may pause generation. Generation providers also apply their own safety limits. Authorized personnel can review and reverse a generation pause.
We use consent or another lawful basis required where you live. You may withdraw consent for optional processing, although essential account or transaction processing may be required to continue the relevant service.
3. Private works and AI processing
Your Fiction Agent works are private to your account by default. They are not placed in the public catalog merely because you created or continued them.
Prompts and relevant story context are sent to the AI service provider selected by Pink Addiction to generate a response. Provider processing, retention, and model-improvement controls depend on our provider agreement and configuration; we do not promise a broader restriction than those controls actually provide.
Authorized personnel may access limited content when reasonably necessary to investigate a reported safety issue, restore service, address fraud, comply with law, or resolve a support request.
4. Service providers and disclosures
The service is operated from Canada and hosted in the United States. Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries used by our providers, and may be subject to their local laws.
We share only the information reasonably needed with vendors that provide AI generation, hosting and storage, email delivery, analytics, advertising, security, and payment or transaction processing.
The current site loads Google Analytics and may display JuicyAds placements. Those services may receive device, cookie, page, referral, and interaction data under their own policies and available consent controls.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or with your direction. We do not sell your private story text as a content product.
5. Cookies and choices
Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect requests, remember language and Standard/Mature mode, and maintain service state. Analytics or advertising technologies help measure traffic and campaigns.
You can limit non-essential cookies through available consent controls and browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent login, purchases, saved preferences, or other core features from working.
6. Retention and deletion
Private Fiction Agent drafts and saved versions are retained for 90 days after the most recent successful save and may be removed after expiry. Existing personal works retained during the site update receive at least 90 days from the update before expiry-based cleanup. Draft content is not retained indefinitely simply because it was generated.
Account, transaction, security-event, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained for different documented periods. A safety or legal hold overrides expiry-based draft cleanup only for as long as reasonably necessary.
A deletion request may remove or de-identify account and private-content data, but limited records may remain where required for billing, chargebacks, security incidents, legal compliance, backups, or the establishment and defence of legal claims.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or complain to the relevant privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also unsubscribe from marketing messages without affecting essential service communications.
8. International processing, security, and age
Pink Addiction operates from Canada and uses providers that may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Local authorities in those places may have lawful access rights.
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. The service is for adults 18 and older; we do not knowingly offer it to minors.
