Terms of Service

Pink Addiction offers professionally produced story, character, illustrated, audio, and episode releases, plus private AI-assisted fiction and interactive experiences.

The public catalog is selected and released by Pink Addiction. User publishing, submissions, creator payouts, and public user profiles are not currently offered.

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter this agreement where you live.

Before entering Mature, you must explicitly confirm that you are 18 or older and may access adult content where you live. We store this declaration in a cookie; it is not identity verification.

Standard and Mature are separate catalog boundaries. Switching modes changes which releases and visual experiences the service will return; it is not only a color preference.

Agent drafts, versions, prompts, and continuations are private to your account unless Pink Addiction introduces a separate publishing program and you expressly join it.

Agent drafts are temporary. Each successful save starts a new 90-day retention period. The draft and its saved versions may be removed after that period. Existing personal works retained during the site update receive at least 90 days from the update before any expiry-based cleanup. Download a TXT or Word copy if you want to keep it.

Starting from a platform release creates a separate private version. It does not alter the original release and does not give you ownership of, or a licence to exploit, the source characters, story, images, audio, or video.

You grant Pink Addiction only the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, transmit, and return your private work and to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not obtain a public-distribution licence merely because you use the Agent.

Use only material you created, material you are authorized to use, or material you are otherwise legally permitted to use. Do not use the service to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected works without permission.

Model safeguards and notices may block some requests, but they are not a legal clearance service. You remain responsible for your instructions and your use of any output.

A disclaimer does not override applicable law or third-party rights. We may restrict, preserve, review, or remove material when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

No sexual content involving or depicting anyone under 18, including written, visual, audio, roleplay, or simulated material.

No explicit sexual content targeting real people, including celebrities, acquaintances, or sexualized likenesses. Use fictional adult characters.

No extreme sexualized violence centered on mutilation, torture, killing, or comparable cruelty or horror.

No sexual content involving coercion, lack of consent, drugging to enable sexual activity, or sexual exploitation. Fictional framing does not waive these boundaries. Silence or hesitation is not consent. Every creation mode follows the same platform rules and its generation safeguards.

No content that facilitates real-world sexual exploitation or trafficking, credible threats, stalking, doxxing, fraud, malware, or other unlawful harm.

No impersonation intended to deceive, unauthorized use of a real person’s identity or intimate likeness, service abuse, scraping, circumvention, or interference with security controls.

Prices and token costs shown at the point of purchase control. Tokens are a limited service credit, are not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Standard creation uses the base text-usage rate; Deep Thinking and Broader Scope use twice that rate, with whole-credit rounding at settlement. Automatic recovery requires your authorization and stays within the approved reservation. Only dispatched calls are settled; a call without a usage receipt may be charged at its quoted budget. Unused reserved credits are returned. Research tools have separately budgeted fees. Historical settled charges are not repriced.

Except where required by applicable law or where a verified service error occurred, consumed tokens and delivered digital unlocks are final. We may correct duplicate charges or failed delivery.

Keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for prohibited content, repeated infringement, payment abuse, attempts to evade safeguards, or material risk to users or the service.

A blocked request may create a safety incident and an account notice. Three critical incidents within 90 days automatically pause generation; reading, downloads, and account access remain available unless a separate account-level action is necessary. You may ask support for review.

Private content may be deleted at your request subject to limited retention required for security, billing records, fraud investigation, legal obligations, backups, and documented safety incidents.

Generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not promise that output is unique, copyrightable, lawful for every use, or free of similarity to existing material.

The service is provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Canadian service operator, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
